Ancient Egypt School Trips
During Ufton Court's Ancient Egypt KS2 school trips, children experience life as part of the Royal Egyptian Household, gaining an understanding of how Egyptian beliefs explained the world around them. In particular, the children experience first-hand the trials of living and dying in Egypt, witnessing the effect that the royal death of Pharoah Hatshepsut had on the society. They will also follow the story of the young King Thutmose III, whose rule was in jeopardy from the Syrians and reenact the Battle of Megiddo.
Our historical narrative will allow your children to become immersed in Egyptian life and culture. Your children will experience drama and fun in the activities that they do with us, all of which promote historical understanding, team-work and problem solving.
